Her professional experience includes working at international business law firms, such as Jeantet & Associés and Bird & Bird, in Paris and London, respectively, as well as serving as a partner at the firm YGMA for 11 years.

Caroline Feraa, a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar, joined BEHRING in 2023.
After two years of preparatory classes in Law and Economics (D1) in Paris, Caroline went on to complete the prestigious three-year Master’s program in intellectual property and digital law at Poitiers.
To put her acquired knowledge into practice, Caroline completed internships at various law firms, such as Jacob Avocats, Harlay Avocats, ISGE & Associés, and Gide Loyrette Nouel. In addition, she worked as in-house legal counsel at Louis Vuitton, allowing her to apply her expertise within a large organization.
At BEHRING, Caroline advises and represents clients in litigation across all areas of intellectual property (trademarks, patents, copyrights, etc.) and digital law. She also handles cases in new technology law and intervenes on competition issues such as parasitism or unfair competition.

Léa Paisley, a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar, joined BEHRING in 2024.
A graduate of Paris-Saclay University with two Master's degrees, she specializes in intellectual property, digital law, and data protection.
Her experience at law firms such as Osborne Clarke, Bersay, and Nomos, and as in-house counsel at Universal Music France, has enabled her to strengthen her skills in the digital and data sectors, as well as in copyright and related rights. In addition, she has developed expertise in competition and consumer law.
At BEHRING, Léa primarily focuses on telecommunications and digital law.
Benjamin Kahn

Benjamin Kahn, a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar, joined BEHRING in 2025.
Benjamin completed Master 1 and 2 degrees in Innovation and Industrial Property Law from Université Paris-Saclay and a Master 2 degree in European Union Law from Université Panthéon-Sorbonne. He also holds a double Bachelor's degree in International Law and Political Science (UVSQ) and graduated from the Haute École des Avocats Conseils (HEDAC).
Benjamin has gained diverse experience working at law firms such as Deprez Guignot et associés and Aumans, the major CAC 40 company Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, and public institutions such as CNRS and FranceAgriMer.
At BEHRING, he advises on various matters relating to telecommunications regulation, technological innovation, artificial intelligence, intellectual property, and personal data.

Anastasia Braud von Brevern, a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar, joined BEHRING in 2025.
After graduating from the highly selective double degree in law and philosophy at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, she subsequently specialized in business law, completing the dedicated Master 1 and 2 programs at the same university. Her research on blockchain technology led her to further specialize in technology law and graduate with a Master 2 in Digital Law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (co-valedictorian).
Starting in her first year of law school, Anastasia completed internships each year at international law firms such as DLA Piper, Hogan Lovells, Dentons, Allen & Overy, DWF, and Clyde & Co.
At BEHRING, she intervenes in all sectors of technology law (Telecoms, media, space activities, AI, blockchain, etc.), both on regulatory and contractual aspects, in both advisory and litigation matters.

After earning a Master’s degree in Comparative Business Law from Paris-Panthéon Assas University, and an LLM from Duke Law School in the United States, Anne decided to specialize in digital law.
Through various experiences at law firms such as Hogan Lovells and Gibson Dunn and in the corporate sector at Amazon, Anne has gained ample expertise in technology law, as well as in competition and commercial law.
At BEHRING, Anne handles both advisory and litigation matters.
Inès Agrad

Inès Agrad, a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar, joined BEHRING in 2026. She holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Law and Economics and Management from Université Paris Nanterre and subsequently earned both a Master 1 and a Master 2 in Banking and Finance Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. This multidisciplinary academic background has provided her with a solid foundation in Business Law.
With a particular interest in the legal challenges arising from digital transformation, Ines dedicated her final thesis to analyzing the banking sector’s response to cyber risk, focusing primarily on cybersecurity, data protection, and operational resilience.
During her studies, she completed multiple internships with leading international law firms, including Freshfields, Dentons, and Gide Loyrette Nouel, as well as in the legal departments of major financial institutions and investment firms, such as BNP Paribas CIB and Ardian.
At BEHRING, Inès primarily advises clients on digital law, telecommunications law, and emerging technologies.
Laurent Bruneau
Consultant

Laurent Bruneau works as a consultant for BEHRING.
He began his career in the Inspection Department of Société Générale, where for seven years he led numerous internal audit and consulting missions in France and abroad on behalf of senior management. In 2000, he founded a computer equipment trading company. He also has experience as an educator, and currently teaches financial markets at a Parisian business school.
At BEHRING, he consults on public policy issues and on banking, financial, and cybersecurity matters.
